A leading Swiss Engineering organisation looking for candidates for DGM Sales role.The Key deliverables are as follows :
Assess the market and forecast sales on a branch level
Leads the team for the new business and ensure systematic sales management practices
Deploy the sales strategy in the BranchDefine sales territories across the Branch
Generate reports on operational and financial performance
Sets objectives for his team according to the guidelines provided by the company.
Supervises and motivates his team to achieve the regional targets and ensure customer satisfaction
Conduct meetings with the team to review action implementation, target achievement and planning
Assesses skills and competency of his team members and ensure adequate training through coaching & on the job training
Ideal Background of the Candidate :
Around 15+ yrs of experience in Direct Sales/ Project Sales of capital equipmentscoupled with people management skills
